Do I need to create an account? ▼

Currently, there is no need to sign up or create an account to use Circlo Alpha. When you open the Circlo app, an account is automatically generated using your browser ID, allowing you to get started without any hurdles. We understand that account creation is essential for organizations to manage access, and this feature will be introduced soon.

If you or your organization require an account management or organizational access feature to fully adopt Circlo, please share your needs through the “Give Feedback” option. Your input will help us prioritise upcoming features!

Why do I need to visit Circlo app every 30 day to keep my documents? ▼

We are still in the Alpha phase, which means our storage space is a bit snug. To keep your documents safe on our cloud, just pop into Circlo on your browser at least once every 30 days. This little visit will keep your storage ticking over for another 30 days.

What browser and device should I use for the best Circlo experience? ▼

We are presently in the Alpha phase of development, and our resources are limited. As a result, we can only focus on refining our platform for a single browser at this time. We recommend using the Chrome browser on your computer for the best possible experience.

What features are included in the Circlo Alpha? ▼

The Circlo Alpha offers core tools such as markup, document version control, document review sessions, and real-time live collaboration. We are committed to continuously improving the product, with more features being added over time to enhance your experience.
